2. Using this website

You agree to use this website only for lawful purposes. You must not attempt to gain unauthorised access to our systems, disrupt the site, or copy or reuse our content without permission.

We may restrict or withdraw access if these terms are breached.

3. Health information on this site

Anything published on this website is general information only. It is not a substitute for advice from a pharmacist, GP, or other qualified healthcare professional who knows your circumstances.

Always speak to a healthcare professional before starting, stopping, or changing any medication. If you think you are experiencing a medical emergency, call 999 or attend A&E.

4. Prescription services

When you use our NHS or private prescription services, you confirm that:

  • The information you have given us is accurate and complete.

  • You are the patient, or you have legal authority to act on the patient's behalf.

  • You understand that medication will only be dispensed where it is legally and clinically appropriate.

We may decline to supply a medicine where the prescription is invalid or incomplete, where supply could cause harm, or where we cannot verify the details we need.

5. Clinical services

Our clinical services (for example vaccinations, travel health, and testing services) are subject to a suitability assessment before treatment is given.

By booking or attending an appointment, you confirm that the information you provide is truthful and complete, and you agree to follow the advice and aftercare instructions we give you.

We may decline to provide a service where it would be unsafe or clinically unsuitable, and we may end an appointment early if new information comes to light.

6. Products, prices, and availability

We take care to keep product information accurate, but:

  • Product images are illustrative and may differ from the item supplied.

  • Prices and stock levels can change without notice.

  • Where an error in price or description occurs, we may cancel or amend the order and will contact you before doing so.

7. Payment and refunds

Products and services are paid for at the point of purchase or booking unless we agree otherwise.

Refunds are given in line with your rights under UK consumer law. Please note:

  • For safety reasons, medicines that have left the pharmacy cannot normally be reused or resupplied, even if they are unopened. Unwanted medicines may be returned to the pharmacy for safe disposal.

This does not affect your legal rights where an item is faulty, damaged, incorrectly described or supplied in error. Any refund will be considered in accordance with applicable consumer law and the circumstances of the supply.

    For controlled drugs:

Certain medicines, including some controlled drugs, may be subject to additional collection requirements. We may ask the person collecting them to provide identification, confirm their authority to collect and sign an appropriate record. In some circumstances, collection by the patient in person may be required.

    For cancellations:

Please give us at least 24 hours’ notice if you need to cancel or rearrange an appointment. Where less notice is given, we may retain a reasonable cancellation charge to cover costs already incurred or appointment time that we cannot reasonably rebook. Exceptional circumstances will be considered individually. If we cancel the appointment, you will be offered a full refund or an alternative appointment.

8. Collection and local delivery

We dispense medication for collection from our pharmacy in Stockton Heath, and we offer a free delivery service to addresses in the local area. We do not post or courier medication, and we do not deliver outside our delivery area.

Approval before supply

Submitting a prescription or requesting a service does not guarantee that medication will be supplied. Every request is subject to a valid prescription, a clinical check by a pharmacist, and the medication being available. Where a medicine is out of stock we will tell you and discuss the options with you.

Collection

We will let you know when your prescription is ready. Please bring identification if we have asked for it, and be aware that certain items, including controlled drugs, can only be handed to the patient or to a named representative and may require a signature.

If a prescription is not collected within a reasonable period we may return the items to stock, in line with NHS and professional requirements. If that happens you will need to request the medication again.

Local delivery

Our delivery service is offered at the pharmacy's discretion and is subject to our capacity on the day. It is not a guaranteed or contracted service, and it may be limited or suspended at busy times.

If you use it, please note:

  • Someone must be available at the address to receive the delivery. We cannot leave medication in an unattended or unsecured place.

  • Some items, including controlled drugs and fridge lines, may require a signature or may need to be collected in person.

  • We may ask for proof of identity or age on the doorstep.

  • If we cannot complete the delivery, we will contact you to arrange another time or ask you to collect.

Timing

Delivery days and times are indicative rather than guaranteed. Prescription turnaround, stock availability, bank holidays, and staffing can all affect when your medication is ready.

Please order your repeat prescription in good time and do not let your current supply run out while you wait. If you are running low, tell us when you order and we will do what we can.

When your medication arrives

Some medicines need to be refrigerated or stored in a particular way. Please check the label and follow the storage instructions given. If anything about the medication looks wrong, or you believe an item is missing or incorrect, contact the pharmacy before you take it.

9. Accounts

If you create an account, you are responsible for keeping your login details secure and for activity carried out under your account. Tell us immediately if you think your account has been accessed by someone else. We may suspend or close accounts that are misused.

10. Privacy and your data

We handle your personal information, including your health data, in line with UK GDPR and the Data Protection Act 2018. Our Privacy Policy explains what we collect, why we hold it, how long we keep it, and what rights you have. Please read it alongside these terms.

11. Intellectual property

12. Limitation of liability

Nothing in these terms excludes or limits our liability where it would be unlawful to do so. This includes liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, professional negligence, or breach of your statutory rights.

We will not be responsible for losses that were not reasonably foreseeable, or for losses caused by your misuse of the website, products or services, including failure to follow clear instructions or professional advice. Your statutory rights as a consumer are unaffected.

13. Links to other websites

Our site may link to external websites. We are not responsible for their content, security, or privacy practices.

14. Complaints

If you remain dissatisfied regarding an NHS pharmacy service, you may be able to raise your complaint with the relevant NHS commissioning body, including NHS Cheshire and Merseyside Integrated Care Board. Eligible NHS complaints may ultimately be referred to the Parliamentary and Health Service Ombudsman.

Serious concerns about the professional conduct of a pharmacist or pharmacy technician, or the safe operation of a registered pharmacy, may be reported to the General Pharmaceutical Council. The GPhC does not normally resolve general customer-service disputes or award compensation..

15. Changes

We may modify, suspend, or withdraw parts of the website or our services at any time. We may also update these terms from time to time. The current version will always appear on this page, with the date it was last updated.

16. Governing law

These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales, and any disputes will be dealt with by the courts of England and Wales.
